RUSSIAN LAW IN THE CONFLICT OF LAWS
Abstract
A sharp contrast exists between our economic relations with Russia and the attitude of the United States government toward the Soviet Regime. An increasing amount of business is being conducted with Russia. Russia is rapidly becoming an important figure in the economic world. Officially, however, Russia is regarded by the United States as a state without a government. While the Soviet government is in complete control of Russia, this country has never accorded it formal recognition.
