EVIDENCE-RES GESTAE-STATEMENTS MADE AFTER THE EVENT
Abstract
Plaintiff appeared in the room of the witness, stated that she had fallen in the passageway outside and had injured herself, and fainted. Plaintiff sought to introduce these statements. Held, they were admissible as part of the res gestae, Haubrock v. Lamping (Ohio 1925) 152 N. E. 205.
