This application form for admissions to the Law School was used from 1963 in through the 1970s.

At the time, the cost of applying was $15.00 with a $50.00 deposit at acceptance; prior to this, the application fee was $5.00 from 1957 until it was raised to $15.00 in 1963.

Information about the Law School, the application process, and course offerings was provided through the University of Michigan Law School Announcement publication (aka the Law School Bulletin), which was issued annually.
