This Collection includes working papers for the Law and Economics series, sometimes cross-posted to SSRN.

Prior to the institutional repository being implemented, we had a working paper series with Bepress; due to import issues, we opted to create two series under this collection. One archives the papers posted to the working paper series from 2003-2009, and the other contains working papers deposited to the repository since it was implemented.
