Abstract

Elizabeth Campbell is an attorney and HR professional with 30+ years of experience in administrative law, litigation, employment law matters, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging). She has worked with corporations, law firms, and other organizations in the public sector, professional services, and healthcare industries. Based near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, Elizabeth is now the Director of Organizational Culture & Innovation for Beebe Healthcare. Throughout her career, she has utilized her professional expertise and talent as a public speaker/educator to drive team member engagement and to enhance organizational performance. Elizabeth received her B.A. from American University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
